At MAKNZ Perfumes, we are committed to delivering premium fragrances and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and are subject to carrier operations.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping service selected.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, MAKNZ Perfumes ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.


Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

  • Products must contain at least 95% of the original fragrance liquid.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including the original box and all included accessories.

  • Products must be free from damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Custom Mixes (Mix It™ / Mixology)

Due to the personalized nature of our custom fragrance service, all custom-made fragrances created through our Mix It™ / Mixology feature are final sale.

Because these fragrances are individually created according to each customer's selected blend, formula, and preferences, they cannot be resold or restocked.

For this reason:

  • Custom Mix It™ / Mixology products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Customers are solely responsible for the fragrance blend they create when placing a custom order.

  • Please carefully review your selected fragrance combination before completing your purchase.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns (excluding damaged, defective, or incorrect items shipped by MAKNZ Perfumes) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, quality assurance, repackaging, and inventory processing costs.


Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team to obtain return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the return using the instructions provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The applicable 15% restocking fee (when applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Products received damaged during transit.

  • Incorrect products shipped by MAKNZ Perfumes.

  • Manufacturer defects.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

  • Images showing the shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom Mix It™ / Mixology fragrances

  • Products returned after 15 days from delivery

  • Products containing less than 95% of the original fragrance

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
