Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

International Shipping:

  • We Do not offer shipping outside USA

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • FRAGRANCE(S) MUST CONTAIN AT LEAST 95% OR MORE OF ORIGINAL LIQUID AND BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (BOX IN TACT)
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Visit our Return & Exchange Portal to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.
  3. Print the return shipping label provided and attach it to your return package.
  4. Drop off your return package at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please use our Return & Exchange Portal to make your request.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
